Molina Hazuria has lived in Jakarta for over three decades. She began her food journey in Indonesia through giving cooking classes to friends in Jakarta in the early 1980s. This quickly created a demand for her food, which has since evolved into a business that provides event catering, office and school cafeteria management, and a number of Roti Pratha outlets at malls across the city
